I’ve known Todd Lipps for 15 years and have always respected his character and work ethic. When I bought my first house eight years ago, I was originally planning on arranging my first and second mortgage financing through a firm that came recommended but was unknown to me. The terms of the notes seemed satisfactory and I was prepared to execute the documents when Todd called. He suggested taking a second look to see, even at that late hour, whether more attractive terms might be available. Within a week, Todd came back with a financing package that was significantly better than the original. No need to say that I went with Todd and have been pleased ever since.
Beyond that, Todd has continually made an effort to stay in touch with me as the economy and mortgage rates have shifted. He was the first to indicate the attractiveness of potentially refinancing my first mortgage when rates began to bottom out in 2009-2010. I have since refinanced my first mortgage, dramatically reducing both rate and term. I have recommended Todd to friends and will continue to do so. I just can’t see the downside in working with him.
